It “is unknown whether the Perpetrator was taken into custody and/or ever charged with the sexual assault of Plaintiff,” according to the suit."
It sounds like everyone did everything possible. If the guy wasn’t taken into custody or charged, that’s on the cops and the DA, not the airline.
