The House has passed legislation that would establish a broader definition of antisemitism for the Department of Education to enforce anti-discrimination laws.

hr-6090 will make criticizing isreal illegal including the protests. it’s already passed the the house and biden has signaled his support for it. i wonder why this isn’t on lemmy already since it’s been a thing for a month so far.

    So sick of anti genocide/pro palestinian protests being seen as anti semitic… it has nothing to do with jewish people. Its about the israel government massacring innocent Palestinians and colonizing their land.

    Excuse me for being angry when i see photos and videos of little palestinian kids with their legs blown off. Parents holding the children dead in their arms.
